Application Fee / Administration Charge*
  • Minimum Tenancy - £70.00
  • Couples - £95.00
  • Sharers - £45.00 per applicant
  • Guarantor - £40.00 per guarantor
  • Transfer Fee / Reference Fee - £25.00

*this is a non-refundable payment

Deposit**
  • Standard deposit - Rents up to £400.00 = one month’s rent + £100.00
  • Rents over £400.00 - one month’s rent + £200.00

Please note for properties where authorisation has been given for a pet to be kept on the premises the deposit required will be 2x the per calendar month rent.

Renewal Charge

Tenancies are renewable every six months, a charge of £30.00 will be made each time your tenancy agreement is successfully renewed, this amount is payable in advanced and must be received prior to a new contract being released.

Early release from tenancy

If authorisation is given allowing you to vacate the premises before the expiration of any tenancy agreement you shall liable to pay the following:

  1. Rent up to the date on which the premises are re-let or the expiration of the tenancy agreement, whichever is sooner
  2. Council tax, water rates, gas & electricity charges, along with any other bills which are your responsibility under the tenancy agreement
  3. A £150.00 administration charge is payable immediately you vacate the property to cover the Landlords costs in respect of the new tenancy
Arrangement Fee

Any deductions made from your security deposit for damage and dilapidations will be subject to an arrangement fee of 10% of the cost of any work undertaken, subject to a minimum fee of £25.00 to cover our costs in administration etc.
